About BullerBox
BullerBox is a service for your dog where we send a goodie box (called a BullerBox) filled with dog toys and dog treats every month. By subscribing to BullerBox, you get to try new and exciting products, making it an excellent opportunity to discover your dog's new favorite toy or snack. As a member of BullerBox, you always have a satisfaction guarantee on all the products you receive, and it's super easy to use your satisfaction guarantee. All you have to do is send us an email with what your dog didn't like, and we'll send something extra as a replacement in the next BullerBox - and it's completely free!

When Does BullerBox Arrive?

We send the first BullerBox right away, and it usually arrives within just 1-3 days. (However, it can take up to 5 business days).

In the following months, BullerBox will be sent in the third week of each month, and it will arrive within 1-5 business days. If you had specific requests for the content, such as regarding allergies or toys, it usually takes a few extra days.

Your Membership with BullerBox

When you sign up with BullerBox, you can choose whether you want a membership with or without a commitment. Once the selected period has expired, your membership and the delivery of BullerBox will continue automatically every month. You can cancel this agreement at any time; you just need to cancel by the 15th of the month if you don't want next month's BullerBox after your chosen initial period has ended. By signing up, you automatically give BullerBox permission to continue billing for your membership until you terminate your subscription agreement.

Canceling Your Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership with BullerBox, you can simply log in to "My Page," where you can pause, cancel, and manage your BullerBox membership yourself. You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation. You can cancel at any time, and your membership with BullerBox will end at the expiration of the period you chose when you signed up. However, remember to cancel by the 15th of the month if you don't want next month's BullerBox after your period has ended. This is because we start preparing the packaging on the 15th to ensure that all BullerBoxes can be sent on time. Please note that returning the BullerBox or not paying is not a valid cancellation method. You will be responsible for the BullerBox(es), return shipping costs, and new shipping costs. Your BullerBox membership is an ongoing subscription, meaning it continues even after your chosen initial period has passed.

My Page

You can customize your BullerBox membership from "My Page." You can pause or cancel your membership, check delivery status, change your address, dog size, and much more. You can access "My Page" by scrolling all the way down on the BullerBox website and clicking on "My Page." The first time you log in to "My Page," you'll need to create your password. The email you should use is the same one you used to sign up with BullerBox.

Price and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in local currency and include VAT. By making a purchase, you automatically authorize BullerBox to charge the subscription amount for the entire period you have chosen, as well as for the subsequent months until you terminate your subscription agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are funds in the account associated with the payment card you used during registration during the date range from the 25th to the 6th of each month so that we can process the payment. We typically process payment for the upcoming month's membership on the 25th of the month.

Discounts and Offers

The discount, prices, or offers you have received are only valid if you are a BullerBox member for the entire period you have chosen. If this is not the case, all offers and discounts you received during that period will be void. We will automatically charge the discounted price to your card because the discount/offer is only valid if you are a BullerBox member for the entire period you selected.

Credit Card Payment

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

30-Day Return and Cancellation Policy

You have a 30-day full return and cancellation policy on your purchase, starting from the moment you receive the first BullerBox. You are welcome to open the BullerBox and see what's inside, but you will lose your return and cancellation rights if you use the individual items. If you wish to exercise your return and cancellation rights, you must send us an unequivocal message within 30 days of receiving your first BullerBox. Simply returning the product or not picking it up at the post office is not enough. We will refund the amount for the BullerBox when the returned product is received in unused and undamaged condition. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The money will be refunded to your account within approximately 5-10 business days.

We recommend that you return the BullerBox as a package via Post Danmark and request proof of sending a package to us so that you have documentation that it was sent in case we do not receive it.

Returning the BullerBox

You must return your BullerBox to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for packaging the item securely. We recommend that you return the BullerBox as a package via Post Danmark and request proof of sending a package to us so that you have documentation that it was sent in case we do not receive it.

BullerBox reserves the right to send emails to you when events occur that we believe may be of interest to you.
